This variety of the Amazon (the first spores may have been found in the Amazon region of Colombia) produces short mushrooms with heads of 10cm or more and fat ones with solid stems. Although the first mushrooms are somewhat small, the second and third fruiting will surprise and compensate for the first.

The results of these kits are extraordinary. This variety of cubensis is a true monster as far as size is concerned, some growers have described 30cm (and sometimes more) fruits. These mushrooms have a tendency to form a coating on the surface of the mushroom kits. Therefore, kits should be placed in fruiting conditions as soon as the mycelium is observed to be on the surface of the kit.

These Amazon mushroom kits are filled with 100% colonized micelled substrate and with enough moisture to start growing without adding more water. All you have to do is wait and keep your kit at the right humidity and temperature. You can get a great harvest of fresh Psilocybe Cubensis Amazonia mushrooms in several high quality batches. The Amazon is a fast growing variety, therefore susceptible to hollow stems, which only reduces the mass but not the potency of its fruits.
